Before you can proceed with registering you will need to have your Respect in Sport ID#.
You will be required to put your Respect In Sport Certificate Number into your registration.
If you are new to hockey you will need to complete the Parent Respect In Sport Course.
New Players: if your child is new to RMHA you must first create an account. (late fees will not apply to new RMHA players)
Existing Players: your account is already active from last year.
Registration will take place from June 11th to July 30th. The initial Registration fee will be just $1.00. Overall fees have been reduced to help hockey families as best we can. The History of Hockey has funding available for those in need of more financial support email@example.com. More than ever before we need all those interested or even remotely interested to play to register so we can book and allocate ice time, organize equipment, and finalize our return to play policies based on a certain number of players. Help us spread the word. Ratios this year will matter a lot more than ever before so please do not delay with registration. Similar to the last few years, registration will take place online and can be accessed on our website www.revmha.com under Registration and then Online Registration. Payment will be via credit card. If a credit card is not available, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make other arrangements. The initial payment is set at $1.00 to account for the uncertainty. The RMHA board will apprise all those registered on the health and safety protocols and team structure / ratios once finalized as we are still waiting on more direction from the Province, via sport and the City of Revelstoke. Our board is well equipped with members who have lots of experience working through covid19 protocols with their respected business’s and via the health profession. Prior to any final commitment being made you will be able to make a decision to stay in Hockey or not after all the information is made available. The $1.00 fee is non refundable due to online booking fees. The balance of the fees will then be paid on Sept 1st, Oct 1st, and Nov 1st. All payments would come automatically off the credit card registered. Please update the expiry dates from previously registered cards as they may have expired. We have discounted the fees by approx. 20% this year to help families as best we can afford. The fees for 2020/21 are posted below. Please register your child for their age category, we can then take requests for player movements up or down an age category based on the best fit for the child and family. The board then needs to send those requests with a letter of support onto BC hockey for final approval. Any players who desire to play out of town on a regional team or who do not have a local team at their age level need to 1st register here and then apply for a transfer with BC hockey. RMHA intends to form an U7, U9, U11 (2 teams), U13 and U15 teams. We are currently a few players short for U13 and U15 but have some potential interest from Nakusp and Sicamous and we also have the ability to move players up or down an age level to help form a team.
