Application & Acceptance
Submitting the online application does not guarantee a spot in the tournament.
Teams will receive confirmation of acceptance directly from the Tournament Team Manager.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If your team is accepted but later cannot attend, you must notify the Team Manager immediately.

Withdrawals after acceptance and payment will not be reimbursed unless a replacement team is found and paid in full.

If a replacement team is secured, a $200 administration fee will be deducted from any refund.

Withdrawals within 28 days of the tournament may be eligible for a 50% refund (minus the $200 administration fee), but only if a replacement team is found.
Roster Submission
All teams must submit their BC Hockey Official Team Roster as soon as it is available, and no later than 14 days before the tournament start date.
Final Acceptance
Final acceptance is contingent upon both the application and full payment being received.
Payment instructions will be provided by your assigned RMHA Team Manager. Please contact them directly to arrange payment.

By submitting an application, your team agrees to the following:
In consideration of being accepted to participate in an RMHA tournament and its related events and activities, the applicant agrees, on behalf of the attending team, that RMHA is not responsible for any accident, injury, or loss, however caused. The team hereby releases and holds harmless RMHA, its officers, division managers, coaches, agents, employees, other participants, arena officials and owners, sponsors, and advertisers from any liability related to injury, disability, or damage to persons or property—whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
