By submitting the online application, it is understood that this does not constitute automatic acceptance into the tournament. The Team Manager will notify you of your acceptance or not.
If for any reason, the team is unable to attend after acceptance, the Team manager must be notified immediately. Any team that withdraws after payment/acceptance, will NOT be reimbursed unless a replacement team is found and paid in full. There will be a $200 administration fee. Cancelations within 28 days of tournament date will receive 50% of entry fee less administration fee of $200 if replacement team is found.
BC Hockey Official Team Roster must be submitted as soon as it is available and no later that 14 days prior to the RMHA tournament.
Final acceptance of teams cannot be completed until RMHA receives the application and payment. Payment arrangements will be made with each individual team manager. Please contact the team manager for payment instructions.
In consideration of being accepted to participate in a RMHA tournament, related events and activities, the applicant agrees on behalf of the attending team, that RMHA will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss however caused and hereby releases and holds harmless RMHA, their officers, division managers, coaches, agents and/or employees, other participants, arena officials and owners, sponsors and advertisers with respect to any and all injury, disability, or loss to person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.
