2026-2027 Hockey Canada Foundation Assist Fund!!
BC Hockey wanted to provide advance notice that applications for the HOCKEY CANADA FOUNDATION ASSIST FUND will open on
SATURDAY AUGUST 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 season!!
Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis
Applications will only be considered complete once all required documentation has been submitted
Eligible families should have:
Confirmation that their child is registered for the 2026-2027 season with a Hockey Canada sanctioned Minor Hockey Association
Valid proof of total family income, such as a Canada Child Benefit statement or the previous year's Notice of Assessment for each income earning family member
Information about any other funding for which they have applied

Registration Dates and Deadlines
🎉 June 1, 2026 - REGISTRATION OPENS
🎉 June 30, 2026 - Early Bird Registration runs until JUNE 30, 2026. $100 late fee applies to ALL RETURNING PLAYERS AS OF JULY 1, 2026
🎉 July 15, 2026 - Female Registration closes. All late registrations will be waitlisted and only added to a team if space permits
🎉 August 1, 2026 - Registration Deadline for all U11 - U18 teams. Tykes, U7 and U9 Registration remains open
🎉August 2, 2026 - Waitlist opens for U11 and up. ***Players registering on or after this date will be put on a wait list and registered on a first come, first served basis where availability exists. We cannot guarantee a spot for any player registered after the August 1, 2026 deadline
